synTelate is a screen customisation and callflow tool for use on the call centre agent desktop. synTelate has been designed so that call centre managers rather than IT staff can create screens and scripts in a matter of hours rather than the weeks of traditional methods. This ensures that agents are provided with the right information at the right time to support the customer service or sales activity.

synTelate is provided computer telephony integration (CTI) enabled and interfaces to a wide range of telephony products from vendors such as Avaya, including the latest generation of the high performance Avaya Proactive Contact Solution. synTelate can also connect to a wide range of CRM and database systems and can therefore act as the user interface to a host of legacy systems.
