At Inisoft, we offer customers a number of routes to support, enabling them to maximise the benefits of using our products.

  • Telephone Help Desk - This service is provided free to customers who have a current support contract for that product. Our help desk operates across a range of hours, reflecting the rquirements and nature of our clients' activities. Full support and engineering capabilities are available from 09:00 to 17:00 UK time. We also provide local time support for international clients. Extended and 24x7 support capabilities are available if required – details are available on request.
  • Email Support - This service allows customers with a current support contract to log support requests via email.
  • Software Releases - When a new version of any of our products becomes available, this is supplied free of charge to customers that have a current support contract for that product.
