Growth in Fundraising Activities Supported by synTelate
NTT Fundraising has recently expanded the use of synTelate throughout its call centre by over 30%. NTT is one of the UK’s leading telephone fundraising agencies, with 18 years industry experience delivering effective telephone based communications on behalf of clients in the not-for-profit sector.
NTT provide a range of high quality services on behalf of its clients including donor acquisition, donor development activities, regular donor upgrades and training services. It is a contact centre environment where the donor must be left feeling inspired and positive about their support no matter the outcome of the call. synTelate was already used by NTT on the call centre desktop supporting the fundraising staff handling inbound and outbound calls while ensuring that information is delivered and captured accurately. Due to recent business success synTelate has increased its presence in NTT by 30% and continues to assist fundraisers communicate with donors over the telephone.
