synTelate to Enhance Proactive Customer Contact at GMFS

 

GMFS, LLC selects synTelate to integrate with the Avaya Predictive Dialer to enhance proactive customer contact.  GMFS, a leading provider of mortgages in South Eastern and South Central United States, will use synTelate, the customizable call center desktop, to assist GMFS staff complete mortgage applications in a timely and efficient manner.

GMFS will maximize the use of the Avaya Predictive Dialer using synTelate on the call center desktop to support outbound mortgage-related calls.  synTelate will guide and support agents through calls ensuring that data is gathered accurately and that the calls adhere to legislative requirements where necessary.  The powerful call flow design capabilities of synTelate also enable Supervisors to amend call flows in real time to meet changing business demands, thereby improving the overall efficiency of the call center.
