Enhanced CRM Capabilities in Latest Version of Captavia™
Inisoft is delighted to announce the general availability of Captavia™ version 1.6, the customer relationship management (CRM) system supporting business and skills development activities in the UK. Captavia v1.6 incorporates a number of significant new capabilities to assist organisations to effectively manage marketing and business support activities to enhance the overall customer experience.
Captavia v1.6 introduces a new Query module to retrieve data based on complex criteria offering enhanced data manipulation and segmentation capabilities. The Membership module, included in the latest version of Captavia, provides the functionality required to successfully administer membership subscriptions, payments, renewals, reminders and reports. Better control over customer activity and business targets can be achieved using the new alerts and notifications functionality. Captavia will alert action owners of pending or lapsed actions with notifications being sent to managers based on escalation plans improving the operational efficiency of an organisation.
Improvements have been made to existing functionality including enhanced deduplication capabilities to ensure data accuracy, more control over data entry with new mandatory controls per screen and screen design enhancements.
