Decision to Implement synTelate is Academic
Academic Network, a leading medical and health communications company, has selected synTelate for its Call Center desktop. Qualified healthcare professionals handle calls at Academic Network on behalf of a wide range of pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organizations and food/beverage companies. synTelate will assist call handlers provide a range of services including inbound and outbound teleservices and clinical trial recruitment.
The legacy in-house system used by Academic Network was considered unable to meet current business demands and future growth. Academic Network therefore sought a solution capable of integrating with current systems and processes with the ability to develop and modify campaigns in short timescales. A challenging requirement that was reviewed with the input of a call centre specialist.
Powerhouse Consulting, an existing supplier to Academic Network, highlighted synTelate as a solution that could meet its business requirements. After an extensive review, Academic Network was sufficiently impressed with the product capabilities that it chose synTelate for deployment across the call center desktop. synTelate is a cost effective solution that supports Academic Network staff handling inbound and outbound calls providing on screen guidance and prompting together with data collection capabilities.
