Captavia
at the Heart of Training
TNG, involved in
developing people and organisations across the UK, has
selected Inisoft's Captavia Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) solution to operate at the
heart of its business.
Established in
1983, TNG has since grown and now offers a complete
training, recruitment, consultancy, mentoring and business
support service to meet the needs of companies,
individuals and organisations. Following the recent
awards of larger government funded contracts to be
delivered with Learning Skills Council and JobCentre Plus,
it became apparent there was a need for a companywide CRM
system. With over 500 full time members of staff working
from 42 offices TNG needs to ensure that data is shared
efficiently between offices and that a consistent message
is delivered to its client base.
Captavia
will be implemented throughout all six divisions of TNG
providing support for information provision, marketing,
sales and delivery management. The functionality and
flexibility of Captavia will enhance TNG's ability to
deliver the highest standard of service to its clients.
