Captavia
assists Business Link for Norfolk
Initiative
Software's CRM solution, Captavia,
was selected to address Business Link for Norfolk (BL4N)
business requirements.
Working with a
number of partner organisations, BL4N faced several
challenges in the development and effective use of its
customer relationship management (CRM) system. Principle
amongst these was the fact that there is an ever
increasing need for more partners to enter data on the CRM
system. This was a complex task and resulted in
inconsistent data entry and resultant poor quality.
Born out of
Inisoft's expertise in economic development
business support, Captavia is an
excellent fit for BL4N. Captavia provides a customisable product offering contact
management, partner management, marketing, performance
assessment and order fulfilment capabilities.
