synTelate Corp has been recognised with the 2004 Outstanding Testing Achievement award by the Avaya DeveloperConnection Program.  This acknowledges synTelate Corp.'s outstanding commitment to ensuring its synTelate call centre solution is compliance tested with certain Avaya technologies. 

The Outstanding Testing Achievement award particularly recognises the effort made by synTelate Corp. to complete compliance testing with the Avaya Predictive Dialing System (PDS).  The latest version of synTelate was fully compliance tested against the Avaya PDS in advance of the general product's full release. synTelate was also the first solution to complete compliance testing of Predictive and Proactive agent blending functionality with the Avaya PDS and Avaya Contact Centre. 

The Avaya DeveloperConnection Program is the fully structured engagement program allowing 3rd parties to develop, have tested, and sell innovative technologies alongside Avaya's market leading communication technologies.
