Software and Ariel Partner to Deliver Increased Business Intelligence Capabilities

Software Ltd is delighted to announce a new partnership
with Ariel Business Information Systems to enhance the
business intelligence capabilities in Captavia,
Inisoft's Customer Relationship Management
(CRM) solution. The combined solution places high value
business information at the core of CRM but is simple to
use and highly cost effective. Capella, from Ariel,
provides the capability to create, manage and maintain
your own personal and corporate dashboards placing the key
information you require at your fingertips. Capella is an
exciting new concept in information management and has
already been embraced by Siemens, Bolton College, Business
Link Lancashire, Salford Council and others.
Captavia
provides enhanced data capture, tracking and delivery
capabilities to your business in a powerful, yet simple to
use package that captures your business processes. Inisoft and Ariel are now working to further
integrate Capella and Captavia thus enabling organisations
to improve decision-making, reduce the time taken to
identify and act upon potential opportunities or issues
and do so through a tailored combined offering that is
actively supported by two customer focused organisations
dedicated to delivering our shared clients' current and
future needs.
Capella combined
with the sophisticated CRM functionality in Captavia is being used to record, monitor and assess critical areas
of operational performance and to ensure that the
information is disseminated throughout the organisation
using the distribution features of the product.
