Powerful new capabilities released in synTelate®
v2.4

Software Ltd is pleased to announce the general
availability of synTelate
version 2.4. synTelate version 2.4 introduces a number of
significant new features that greatly extend the proven
capabilities of the call centre agent desktop
customisation and scripting tool.
synTelate
version 2.4 delivers a range of additional benefits over
the already market leading capabilities of the current
product. Call centre agent downtime can be minimised and
productivity maximised by the use of the new Design Mode.
This provides the capability to make campaign changes in
real-time. Building on the powerful Conditional Logic
capabilities, version 2.4 provides enhanced branching
logic that allows call centres to accommodate even more
complex sales or customer service processes. Data quality
can also be improved through the use of new data entry
checks. The introduction of single click wrap codes
allows the campaign designer to place buttons onto the
screen labelled with call outcome or disposition codes.
The efficiency of agents can be increased by using rapid
disposition capabilities to reduce wrap time and at the
same time giving more opportunity to talk with customers.
synTelate has been deployed across a broad range of activities
including customer service, helpdesk, inbound and outbound
sales. It is the recipient of several international awards
and operates in the most demanding and fast paced call
centre environments.
