synTelate® V2.3 Completes Compliance Testing with Avaya PDS

The award winning
desktop customisation and scripting software solution,
synTelate, has recently completed compliance testing with
the Avaya Predictive Dialer System (PDS). The compliance
testing is based upon the recently released version of
synTelate and the latest version (V12 SP3) of the Avaya
PDS.
The latest version
of synTelate extends the functionality to include a range
of new capabilities such as broader data access features
with enhanced relational database connectivity as well a
providing extended editing features both within and
between screen/script designs. The increased
functionality of synTelate, when used in conjunction with
the Avaya PDS, provides users with the ability to optimise
the performance of outbound customer contact activities by
drawing upon a wide range of legacy data systems for use
in creative scripts. The objective is to increase the
competitive edge.
