synTelate® WebAgent V2.0 now available!
Inisoft Ltd announces the availability of the
latest version of its award winning synTelate
call centre screen customisation and scripting tool.
synTelate WebAgent V2.0 provides call
centre agents with the powerful synTelate
desktop in a web browser interface. The addition of
synTelate WebAgent to the existing synTelate portfolio provides call centres with unparalleled
flexibility in deployment options.
synTelate
WebAgent utilises the same screen and script designer as
the standard
synTelate
product. This allows call centre managers the flexibility
to decide how agents are deployed.
synTelate
WebAgent has been designed with the capability to co-exist
with the standard version of
synTelate
so that it is possible to have a mix of standard
synTelate
agents and WebAgents.
The latest version extends the functionality of the
synTelate WebAgent to include a range of
enhanced capabilities such as the accommodation of
outbound call lists, real time data entry field validation
and the creation of calculated fields. These augment the
existing benefits of the synTelate WebAgent
which allows agents in any location to access the system
via a standard browser interface.
