WDA Implement CaptaviaT
Brokerage Model to support New Businesses
The Welsh
Development Agency (WDA) has successfully implemented
Captavia to service the needs of
over 20 contracting organisations for their innovative New
Business Starts (NBS) Programme.
Captavia is ideally suited to the needs of this evolving brokerage
model - by providing simple to follow workflow screens the
key data needed to ensure contractors get paid and the
performance statistics to support this can be gathered in
a timely and effective manner.Furthermore this approach
has ensured that users do not need extensive and expensive
training, their down time away from client facing
activities is minimised, yet the richness of data captured
is significantly ahead of anything achieved in the past.
Douglas McLoughlan
Operations
Director of Inisoft reflected, "The
WDA needed a versatile CRM system that could flex with
changing government policy, reflect local practice and
provide significant productivity gains for both WDA staff
and contractor alike. Captavia succeeds in combining our
"MyCRM" philosophy with the need for corporate
collectiveness and does so in a simple, easy to use
manner."
Rhys Morris WDA
NBS Project Manager enthused about the realised potential
of Captavia. "With Captavia we have succeeded in collecting our key performance data
in a consistent and comprehensive way, yet the manner in
which it has been achieved has been remarkably
straightforward. This ongoing success is reflected further
by the uptake of Captavia by
other Agency programmes eager to realise the same CRM
benefits that Captavia brings."
