It's
synTelate® for Teleperformance Netherlands and PerfectCall
synTelate, Inisoft's call centre desktop
customisation and scripting solution, has been selected by
Teleperformance Netherlands and PerfectCall, both
subsidiaries of the SR.Teleperformance group, for
deployment at its Tilburg and Zoetermeer contact centres
in the Netherlands.
SR.Teleperformance is world's 2nd largest
global provider of outsourced CRM and customer contact
centre solutions with 140 contact centres in 34
countries.
Newtel Essence (www.newtelessence.com)
based in the Netherlands is the regional synTelate
business partner and worked closely with Teleperformance
Netherlands and PerfectCall in determining the optimum
solution to boost its operational performance. synTelate will replace the existing scripting capabilities and will
provide increased functionality for its contact centre
agents.
