Belgian Outsourcer Decides on synTelate®
Adding to
its existing European portfolio, Inisoft has
commenced implementation of its synTelate
solution for
a major outsource contact centre in Belgium.
Sebeco,
based in Gent, Belgium is a high quality call centre
service provider whose main objective is to create
customer satisfaction through a combination of solid
telemarketing plans, outstanding communication strategies
and leading technology. synTelate,
the screen customisation and scripting tool for use on the
call centre agent desktop, will play a key role in
Sebeco's state of the art contact centre and will replace
the current scripting tool to provide additional business
benefits.
synTelate
will operate in conjunction with both the high performance
outbound dialing and multimedia contact handling
technology implemented by Sebeco.
