Manchester Enterprises Ltd Selects Captavia for CRM
Requirements
Taking its lead from Business Link North Manchester, the
Manchester Enterprises Group (ME) has chosen Captavia as
its replacement CRM system to meet the future business
support challenges that lie ahead when Chamber Business
Enterprises and Business Link North Manchester merge to
form a single Small Business Service for Greater
Manchester later this year. David Djordjevic, IT and
Facilities Manager of Manchester Enterprises, explained,
"We are delighted to select Inisoft's Captavia
as our new CRM system. The functionality and flexibility
of Captavia will enhance our ability to deliver the
highest standard of service to our clients. The technical
capabilities of Captavia coupled with Initiative
Software's track record were key factors in our
decision-making process."
Captavia will be used throughout the organisation to
support a wide range of business support activities such
as Company Growth, IIP, New Business Starts and
International Trade as well as supporting the management
of the membership services function of Chamber Business
Enterprises.
