Captavia Web Steps into the limelight
Initiative
Software provided the first public demonstration of its
latest CRM offering, Captavia Web, to the Captavia User Group on 8 December. The
product capabilities and some of the components had been
exposed to select groups but this event represents the
unveiling of the final version of the system. It will be
available for customers later this month.
Captavia
Web is the browser based version of Captavia
and provides the same functionally rich CRM capabilities
that allow users to effectively manage marketing and
business delivery activities. Captavia Web allows users to view their customised Captavia CRM screens and processes via an internet connection on a
secure site.

Chairman of Captavia User Group
states, "This latest development from Inisoft
is very exciting. Captavia Web
provides us with further options for the deployment of our
CRM system. Captavia Web offers
real cost savings for our organisation and the opportunity
to allow more partners to access our CRM system via
standard browser technology."
