30/03/2009 Captavia Supports latest LSC Train to Gain requirements
Inisoft Ltd, a leading UK provider of CRM solutions to business support and skills development organisations, today announced the release of a range of enhanced capabilities designed to support the latest requirements of the Learning and Skills Council’s Train to Gain service.
Captavia is a CRM solution created to address specific requirements of business support and skills development organisations. As well as delivering all of the standard functionality expected of a CRM system, Captavia provides extensive support for the intermediated brokerage model of operation that underpins much of the current thinking and practice of effective economic development. Its current use by a range of public, quasi-public and private sector organisations underlines its suitability for use by the full range of economic development organisations.
Captavia Train to Gain support allows organisations delivering the LSC’s Train to Gain service to effectively manage the engagement of both Providers and client companies via a range of managed and self service activities.
“The Train to Gain Service is a very important strand of Government support for skills development and its delivery model typically involves an independent Skills Broker who will provide a customised needs analysis resulting in a range of managed training activities. The brokerage activity aims to identify, and fund where appropriate, the involvement of the most suitable training provider“ comments Inisoft’s Operations Director, Douglas McLoughlan, “it is important that the systems supporting this can accommodate what is essentially a complex multi-party activity in a way that generates the right results for all involved. Captavia’s Train to Gain capabilities provide this”.
Captavia is the core CRM system deployed in the recently established regional Business Links in the West Midlands and the East of England. Captavia will be supporting the Train to Gain activities in these regions.
