18/04/2009 synTelate Experiences Dramatic Growth In stark contrast to the current economic conditions, synTelate, Inisoft’s award winning application for the call centre agent desktop, has been ordered for deployment across more agent desktops in Q1/2009 than the entire previous year - itself a record year. synTelate is a graphical tool that allows call centers to design the layout of the agent screens and associated call flows in a fraction of the time of traditional coding methods. synTelate capabilities also support the delivery of the Unified Agent Desktop in which synTelate can act as a “veneer” across a variety of database and applications systems which would traditionally have to be navigated by the call centre agent. synTelate allows the delivery of a single user interface with data drawn from and placed back into the back-end systems. This can eliminate the need for agents to toggle between applications allowing the focus to remain on call handling rather than application navigation. synTelate provides a range of standard telephony integrations allowing it to be used to both screen pop on incoming call and initiate call dialing in the outbound scenario.
