Inisoft is delighted to announce that its Relatis solution has delivered a product-first in support of the AA’s innovative Parts and Labour Cover offering. This additional item allows the AA’s customers to be covered for the cost of any parts and associated labour in the event of a breakdown when overseas thereby offering them complete piece of mind. Relatis provides support in the self-serve and call centre assisted process across the full range of activities from quotation to policy fulfilment. The Relatis solution was delivered ahead of the traditional seasonal build up that starts early in the calendar year.

Relatis has already proven its powerful capabilities in supporting the AA’s European Breakdown Cover offering. Relatis delivers both the recovery service branded website for European Breakdown cover as well as assistance to the call centre agents. A quote developed on the website is immediately available to the call centre agents who can assist potential clients who may with to discuss particular aspects of the quote.
