12/01/2009 Captavia Finds What You Need Inisoft announces the general availability of an enhanced resource matching capability for use alongside its flagship Captavia CRM solution. This provides the functionality to quickly identify the most appropriate and available resources to meet the particular needs of the client. Inisoft Business Development Manager, Chris Oggelsby noted “We are delighted to release the Resource Matching module which can stand alone but is also tightly integrated with Captavia’s CRM capabilities. This shows again how our product development team excels in delivering capabilities that make our customers’ jobs easier as well as improving their operational efficiency”. The system has already been deployed by some existing Captavia users. Its use includes the identification of Business Advisors who have the correct level of expertise, availability and physical proximity to be able to assist a business with its particular advisory requirements. The system is also used to identify a range of qualified service suppliers (such as training providers) meet a client’s business need.
