Relatis provides some of the capabilties of synTelate but goes much further in its ability to deliver multimedia contact handling as well as supporting pre and post customer contact activities. For example, Relatis provide the web portal for a significant product of a major vehicle recovery organisation, providing the full range of quote-to-document fullfilment activities that would be expected of such a system. Relatis goes further. The same system also supports the call centre handling both inbound and outbound calls related to policy quotation, as well as associated products, ensuring clients of a fully intergated service.
