Where is Inisoft Limited?

Inisoft Limited (ISL) is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Inisoft Limited. Although ISL remains as a legal entity, the enitre business and assets of have transfered to Inisoft Limited.

Has the staff changed?

No. The entire staff of ISL has also transferred to Inisoft Ltd. The office remains the same, the systems remain the same. In short, the changes are mainly structural and ownership.

Why change and who owns the business?

This allowed a significant simplification of the ownership and capital structures of the business. Inisoft Limited is owned by a combination of the management and external investors.

Will contracts with ISL be valid?

Yes. Where appropriate these will be transferred to Inisoft Limited.

What happens with invoicing/payment?

HMRC has approved the transfer of the ISL VAT reference number to Inisoft Limited. Further, Inisoft Limited has assumed the bank account of ISL (which in any case is a wholly owned subsidiary).
